About this role As a Maintenance Planner within our hardworking team at Islay Engineering Centre, you'll play a pivotal role in the technical assessments of maintenance work, required over multiple sites and will build the agenda of the tasks required to undertake this work.

You'll assist the planning team in delegating daily / weekly activities to the maintenance engineers and finalise completed work by assessing workmanship standards of both internal and external contributors.

Health and safety compliance is key and you'll be at the forefront of making sure this is supervised alongside other Key Performance Indicator and targets.

Responsibilities will also include but not be limited to supporting recurring maintenance works, supporting contracted recurring work, supporting maintenance planning, site coordination, engineering compliance and contractor management.

The role will cover a Monday to Friday office hours on a part-time basis (number of hours / days to be confirmed) with a possibility of becoming full-time in the future.
